Can't really tell by photos but I would say 65 rb and would question whether the dark toning is terminal .

1934. Any opinions on what this would grade ??

 

Very nice but impossible to say without a rev pic, however I grade the obv 66 from this pic. 1934 is very common in gem grades with slabbed MS66's selling in the $30-$60 range and MS67's selling around $200.
