Heading to the Money Show of the Southwest

 

This Thursday is the start of the Money Show of the Southwest. This show runs from December 5-7 and is held at the George R. Brown Convention Center in Houston Texas.

Although this is not a major show, it attracts the major dealers and has become the show to end the year with a bang. Many dealers are ready to give great deals to sell their inventory in preparation for that “unmissable” show in January, the FUN show. So if you can head down to Houston this week, be prepared to not only have plenty of inventories to look through, but also meet the best of the best in the business. Stop by our table # 602 and 604, we will be there with our complete inventory and like everyone else, ready to deal and place that special piece in your set. Drop us a note and let us know if there is something special in our inventory you would like set aside. We look forward to seeing you there!

I don't know what rules you're reading, but this board rules read:

 

Threads may be bumped three times total AND only ONE FULL DAY AFTER falling off of the front page.

 

so unless his post fell off the front page immediately after the last bump, he is NOT following the rules.

 

what do you mean "nothing to prevent you from bumping once a day"??

Seriously? Look at some of the threads here they have been bumped multiples of 3 times. What's the big deal? Perhaps we need a poll in the numismatic section to see how concerned the membership is about this blatant flogging of the rules. :o I will, however, admit I didn't know it could only be bumped three times. That rule makes no sense to me but, hey, I am just a member here and my opinion isn't really valuable so I will cease nitpicking at this time. doh!

if you bothered reading the rules, you would understand how it works.

but you argue if it's allowed or not, or how people abuse the rules, when you didn't even take the minute and a half to actually read it.

 

The allowed bumping will reset whenever the items in the thread are changed to include new items through editing. This does not include "sold" notices, truly useful informational updates. Note: we can tell the difference between a real update and a fake bump-update. Tread that line at your own risk. If you're spam bumping, "lawyering" the rules will not save you.

 

which means the "only 3 allowed" bump policy is reset in some cases.

 

still, bumping the thread every morning is against the rules, and also bothers other users that are using this forum

 

i hope the OP sees these comments when he logs in tomorrow morning for his daily bump
