71boot,

Those are pretty cool medals you have. Both my parents are Chaldean decent, born in Baghdad. I am first generation American, Chaldean heritage. The Chaldean people come from an Iraqi village called Telkaif, and are among Iraq's very small Christian/Catholic population. My family is Roman Catholic to be specific. I would list coin collecting as one of my avid hobbies, but I rarely buy anything besides bullion for safe keeping in the bank. I'm not the type of collector that seeks rare, and perfect 70 mint condition coins to look at. I buy for investment/future purposes & just for the value of the metal. Since these medals do have a little bit to do with the nation of my cultural background they do interest me. Especially the one with Saddam Hussein pictured next to King Nebuchadnezzar II.. Kind of bizarre. But nice. Anyways would like to know if you've found out what metallic element, or alloy the silver toned coin is composed of. If it's struck in some type of silver alloy I will be interested in that. If you need any assistance on how to tell if it is silver that is an area i am fluent in. Either way I believe if you give me a good deal on it I will highly consider making some type of deal. Let me know ballpark figure what you were thinking, and if you still do have it. Also let me know if you've found out its composition. Consider looking out for me because it has to do with my background, & I can guarantee I'm not the type to forget such a favor. thank you.

Regards,

TAHdahh

I have one of these coins please email me at airpowr1989@yahoo.com. I have only seen 3 of these out there and I actually know where they were made and I have one with the red velvet case and it was plucked from the palace in Baghdad, because it is charred from the explosions. Please contact me ASAP, I want to know what this thing is worth before I put it on any buyer list. Thank you.

Regards

Chris
