Zero Points???

I upgraded my 1921-S Walking Liberty half dollar slot, replacing a VF-20 with a VF-25. The VF-20 I removed was valued at 1629 Registry points. The VF-25 was also showing as 1629 points prior to adding it to the set but shows up at zero points after adding it to the set. Can someone correct this?
