It looks like a very poorly struck UNC. MS-60, though the TPGs would probably go higher since they do not give sufficient weight (in a negative manner for this example) to weak strikes.

Aren't virtually all branch mint buffalo nickels from that era (1920 - 1926) usually weakly struck?

Even though weakly struck I am in the AU 58 camp. I see slight flatness on the buffalo's hip.

Of course, it is impossible to tell by just the image but I would go AU-58 to MS 62.

Yeah, there's a mintmark, there, of some kind. That's a greased strike, basically, and pretty hard to accurately grade off those pics.
