Not counting proofs as separate from business strikes and the two error coins (1900 Liberty Head nickel with double die reverse, 1900-O over CC Morgan variety) I get the following:

1900 Indian Head Cent .01

1900 Liberty Head Nickel .05

1900 Barber Dime .10

1900-O Barber Dime .10

1900-S Barber Dime .10

1900 Barber Quarter .25

1900-O Barber Quarter .25

1900-S Barber Quarter .25

1900 Barber Half Dollar .50

1900-O Barber Half Dollar .50

1900-S Barber Half Dollar .50

1900 Morgan Dollar 1.00

1900-O Morgan Dollar 1.00

1900-S Morgan Dollar 1.00

1900 Liberty Head Quarter Eagle 2.50

1900 Liberty Head Half Eagle 5.00

1900-S Liberty Head Half Eagle 5.00

1900 Liberty Head Eagle 10.00

1900-S Liberty Head Eagle 10.00

1900 Liberty Head Double Eagle 20.00

1900-S Liberty Head Double Eagle 20.00

and the one some of you forgot...

1900 Lafayette Commemorative Dollar 1.00

For a total of $79.65, which was quite a bit of money at the time.

Presuming that you are not counting Philadelphia mints twice (i.e. both proof and business strike), the total cost would be $78.11 not counting the Lafayette dollar coin (the wording of your question makes me think that you are discounting it). I also excluded the 1900 O/CC Morgan Dollar which is technically New-Orleans mint, but arguments can be made to separate it in a category to itself. If you count proofs add another $39.41.

Summary

Cent, Nickel MS $0.06 PF $0.06

Dime, Quarter, Half PF $0.85

Philadelphia MS $0.85

New Orleans MS $0.85

San Francisco MS $0.85

Dollar (Morgan) MS $3.00 PF $1.00 (not counting O/CC)

Gold MS $72.50 PF $37.50

Commemoratives (if counted) $1.00

$79.11 counting Lafayette MS $39.41 Proof

A complete set of circulating coins would total $78.11, BUT...there is also the commemorative Lafayette $1 which would bring the total to $79.11. (The 1900 O/CC silver dollar is a variety of the officially minted 1900-O dollar, not another mint).

1c, 5c, and $2.50 - Philadelphia mint only

10c, 25c, 50c, and Morgan $1 - Philadelphia, San Francisco, New Orleans

$5.00, $10.00, and $20.00 - Philadepphia and San Francisco

Lafayette $1 - Philadelphia only

oops, i mis-read the question:

1c: 1=.01

5c: 1=.05

10c: 3 (P,O,S) =.30

25c: 3 (P,O,S) =.75

50c: 3 (P,O,S) =$1.50

$1: 3 (P,O,S) =$3

$1 (Lafayette): =$1

$2.50: 1 (P) =$2.50

$5: 2 (P,S) =$5

$10: 2 (P,S) =$20

$20: 2 (P,S) =$40

total = $74.11
