Classic Commem for the type set....Offer a grade. ***Grade Revealed***

Just came today. I bid $40 on it and won it. There was actually no photo of the coin just a photo of the Anacs Photo Certificate. What do you think Anacs graded it in 1985 and what do you think it grades now.

I like the ANACS grade, though I am a little surprised they called the reverse only 63. I don't see any bagmarks or distractions. However, overall, I would say the coin's luster lacks "pop", which likely inhibits the grade.
