GREEN SPOT on a copper coin

I have this nice coin, but unfortunately this will be considered as "problem coin" due to green patina. If I send the coin to NCS for conservation, what are chances that this coin will be slabbed by NGC or this coin is damaged already?

Chances are good that professional conservation would be able to reduce the appearance of the green on the surface of your coin as well as take measures to prevent the problem from becoming worse in the future. It is difficult to determine how deep the corrosion is into the surface of the coin from the image. I would not be able to determine if NGC would be able to grade the coin following conservation without actually seeing the piece.
