Steve, it looks like you are referencing image files on your local computer (perhaps your desktop). For images to show up, they must be loaded on an internet server somewhere. Many folks here use PhotoBucket.

My guess is XF-40, and I don't think it matters if the note has been pressed. It's a nice note!
