Assuming it is genuine, it is a lock EF-40, with a strong shot at EF-45.

I'd grade it as an EF. It's just short of the AU grade, and given the fact that it's a key date, you probably won't get a "gift" if you send it in because of the jump in price. (more than double.) The guys who grade the coins know market prices too.

Agreed - It has to be breathtaking to impress them -

I am going the short scale as VF30 - Dirt does not impress nor do finger prints and gouges

I don't think it has enough luster for AU and there are two good bagmarks on the cheek.
