    Ok, thanks for your response. I did contact NGC and was told that the item has to be received by them or an authorized depository within 30 days of the release date. Since the 2019 W enhanced reverse proof was the only of its type and mint mark released in 19, i went ahead and broke the boxes open to send in the eagles only. (Too late for early/first Releases anyway, as i understood the message.
