Hello. My Daddy was an amateur numismatist. He had a small shop down the street from our house. "Tony's Coin Corner" was one of Dad's hobbies when he wasn't working two jobs, doing home maintenance, or taking us kids on weekend trips to see the caves, caverns, and Indian burial mounds throughout Ohio. Once a week he had us sit around the kitchen table after dinner sorting coins according to date and mint mark. One of my five brothers picked the hobby up but I didn't renew my interest until 2020! My favorite coins are the ugly, odd, toned, etc ones. The "rejects" I guess as my bro calls them because he's the "pristine" collector. I'm trying to get started with having some coins graded but in the meantime it's nice to have a place to post questions and pics among such a well informed and diverse group of enthusiasts and collectors.
