    Should i be making multiple forms for my coins as i would like to submit a variety of coins. 1 being the silver ASE V75 and another being the 2020 W burnished gold $50 coin. I also have 4 Morgans that i want to get graded, 2 ASE Proofs from the mid 00's , and 3 Canadian Maple leafes. Again should i make different forms for the different types of coins. 1 for the ASE's 2. for the gold 3 for the maples 4 for the morgans??? Thanks
