The coin was not officially assigned an MS number, most likely as part of a special submission program. Adjectival grades exist alongside the numerical grades of the 70-point Sheldon Grading Scale.

  10. Thank you for your message. GSA CC hard packs are not opened by the graders to view the coin. The coins are graded within the plastic case. GSA hard packs are always evaluated for any tampering or mishandling before they are graded.
