Hi Wheat happy to see your still looking in now and again.  If your referring to the 1925 PCGS didn't like it at all :roflmao:its in a questionable color slab.  I submitted it many years ago before the toned Lincoln push was going on so its possible that if cracked and sent in again the result would be different today.  But I'm not into the idea of sending coins in twenty times to get a grade I like so I just enjoy the coin and ignore the label.

    i quit sending them in

Cool. I had no  idea that I was getting answered by a pro. I do feel special for sure.

GREAT to see young people coming into the hobby. First you learn about the coins you collect and then learn how to get mustard stains out of your shirt.. After a few shows you will see what I am talking about. And you are interested in my favorite coin the lowly Lincoln cent.

I requested the 46 to be crossover at MS67 FT from same grade FT. Holder also has a QA sticker on it. Coin was BB due to being cleaned.

The 51-D they would not cross from MS67. The 51-S they would not cross at MS66.

Honestly, I cannot understand their opinion on any of the three. I thought the 51-S had a chance at a 67 even!

not even close. you will learn in time we all started off totally lost and even after over 60 years collecting i still make some dandy mistakes

Hey Y'all, I am sorry to ask but i rwally am low on cash but think I found a decent deal but it is time sensitive and I need someone else's opinion.

If you could purchase complete rolls of Wheat Cents from all mints from each year from 1950 to 1959 for 50 bucks, sight unseen, would you?

I really would appreciate anybody advice.

Absolutely not you will be getting$11.50 for $50 you might squeeze out $15,.00

Terrible shots. Just let me say that there is zero brown on this coin. It is absolutely full, bright, beautiful red, red, red. Ima put different ones up. I also got this 1929 today. It is a very weak strike but also very pretty. I think anyway. Some person_who_is_obnoxiously_self-impressed in FB said that 1918 is only VG and i do not agree.
