Rare NGC-certified Hungarian Gold Coin Stars in a Japanese Auction

A rare Hungarian gold coin certified by Numismatic Guaranty Company™ (NGC®) is the top lot in a Japan-based sale presented by Nihon Coin Auction. Online bidding is available for sale 54, which will conclude on December 12, 2021.
A Hungary 1668KB 10 Ducats graded NGC MS 62★ (lot 53) features a portrait of Holy Roman Emperor Leopold I, who ruled Hungary from 1658 to 1705. This exquisite example possesses exceptional eye appeal, earning it the coveted NGC Star Designation (★). The only one numerically graded in the NGC Census, this rarity has a starting price of ¥22,000,000 (about $191,300).
