Jeff Isaac has joined NGC as a Grading Finalizer and relocated to the Sarasota area. A numismatist with over 25 years of professional experience, Isaac is also widely recognized as one of the premier coin graders in the industry. When he formed Jeff Isaac Rare Coins, Inc. in 1981, he emerged as one of the leading wholesalers of high-quality U.S. coins. He is a Life Member of the ANA, co-founder of Eureka Trading Systems, and he most recently worked for Spectrum Numismatics.
Mark Salzberg, Chairman of NGC, comments, "those who have worked alongside Jeff immediately recognize that he possesses a very discerning eye in combination with a deliberate and exacting approach to grading. He is among the greatest grading talents in the industry."
Steve Eichenbaum, CEO of NGC, comments, "NGC is now grading more coins and a greater diversity of coins than ever before in our history. Key personnel, such as Jeff, reinforce our unique resources which enable us to provide superior quality services across the board to collectors and numismatic professionals. Never before has a grading team of this caliber been assembled." Eichenbaum refers to NGC's senior grading team, which includes noted individuals, such as William Conroy, Ronald Drzewucki, Ken Krah, Jim Young, and NGC President Rick Montgomery.
Along similar lines, Jeff Isaac reiterates, "NGC is a dynamic company with an incredible depth of talent. I'm very excited to be joining this group of people who share a great passion for numismatics and respect for the coin industry."
