Eichenbaum and Spiegel Again Named to Coin World's Most Influential People List

Numismatic Guaranty Company® (NGC®) is proud that members of its expert team have once again been selected for the list of Coin World’s Most Influential People in Numismatics. Representing those who are at the elite level in the numismatic world, the 2025 edition of the highly anticipated annual list was recently released.

Steven R. Eichenbaum, CCG Chief Executive Officer
Steven R. Eichenbaum has worked to expand the collectibles markets by playing an integral role in virtually all of CCG's major initiatives over the last two decades. Under his leadership, CCG has built on NGC’s success by adding other affiliates, including companies for paper money certification (PMG®) and comic book certification (CGC®). Eichenbaum has made Coin World's list every year since it was inaugurated in 2021, and was honored in the Titans category last year.

Max Spiegel, CCG President
Max Spiegel is President of CCG, promoted in 2020 from the position of Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing. Spiegel’s work has included enhancing the CCG companies’ service offerings, developing innovative marketing programs for CCG’s customers and expanding CCG’s reach through the latest technologies, membership expansion and greater presence at events around the world. This is Spiegel's fourth consecutive appearance on the Coin World list, after being honored in the Rising Star category last year.
Additionally, Jeff Garrett, the president of Mid-American Rare Coin Galleries, senior editor of the Guide Book of United States Coins (the Red Book) and co-author of NGC's Weekly Market Report column, returns to the list for the fifth consecutive year. Making the list for a third year is Thomas Uram, former chairman of the Citizens Coinage Advisory Committee and one of the exclusive signers for NGC's Signature Label program.
