NGC and PMG at Central States Convention 2024

NGC and PMG will be accepting regular submissions for all service levels at the Central States Convention held in Schaumburg, IL, at the Schaumburg Renaissance Hotel and Convention Center from Wednesday, May 1, through 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, May 4, 2024. NGC representatives will be at Booth 2403 and PMG representatives will be at Booth 2405.

Cut-off times are subject to change. Check at the NGC or PMG booth for the latest information.All submissions will be sent to NGC/PMG headquarters in Sarasota, Florida for authentication, grading and encapsulation. Services include ancient, US and world coin grading, US and world note grading, PreScreen Bulk submissions, imaging and more.
Save time at the booth by completing your submission forms in advance. Use the 'Sign In" link in the upper right corner on NGCcoin.com and PMGnotes.com to access online and fillable PDF submission forms.
Submitters must pay by credit card or check at the show; cash cannot be accepted as a form of payment.
Special Note: Due to the special handling required, NGC and PMG do not accept the following coins and notes for First/Early Releases designations, coins over 3.5 inches (90 mm) in diameter and 0.39 inches (10 mm) in depth and coins that NGC requires to be submitted in original Mint-sealed packing, including:

- March of Dimes 3-coin set
- West Point 2-coin set
- San Francisco 2-coin Proof set
- 30th Anniversary Eagles
- 25th Anniversary Eagles

- Uncut sheets
These submissions must be sent directly to NGC and PMG headquarters in Sarasota, Florida, by the submitter.
