Description & Analysis

The 1935-S Walking Liberty half had a relatively low mintage of only about 3.8 million pieces. Weak strikes plagued the Walking Liberty half series, especially those struck in San Francisco. Because of this, the 1935-S Walker is quite difficult to find in the grade MS66 or above.
