Description & Analysis

The Philadelphia 1918 Walking Liberty half had a mintage between those of the two branch mints at some 6.6 million coins. Quality was not great, but it was much better than the two branch mints. Gem coins are still rare, but not excessively so as is the case with the San Francisco and Denver mint products.
