Description & Analysis

The 1926-D Peace dollar had a healthy mintage of some 2.3 million pieces. Many were nicely struck and come with good luster. Clearly many were saved, as evidenced by the NGC census, which shows many in the gem and above grades. Including 7 in MS67. (8/2016)
