Adding coins to a registry set?

Could some one tell me how to add coins to my registry set? I feel pretty dumb but I can not seem to find a way to add

Hi Dan.

 

Right now it is taking two or three business days to get coins approved.

 

Due to the addition of so many new sets, we got a flood of new entries in the past week. However, we do expect to get caught up this week and get back to our original turnaround of just one business day.
