Which series of USA coins has had a different design every year since its inception?

The state quarter program, the Westward Journey nickels, the commemorative coin program and platinum eagles..

This seems like a trick question. So unless you mean every series because the date change and that is part of the design(ROFLMFAO!) I am going to have to say the State quarter program where there are four design changes every year or the current commentive coin progam because there are numorus design chanes every year.

Though the state quarters change yearly, they are still under the umbrella of the Washington Quarters. Likewise, the commemorative nickels are under the Jefferson Nickel umbrella, and so are the commems with the half commem, or dollar commem umbrella. Date doesn't really count as a design change, so the only real answer is the Platinum proof coins because the entire reverse changes year-to-year, since 1997.
