I thought this was a fun and NGC-relevant piece of exonumia that I purchased recently. As best I can tell, 99 of these were slabbed for DW Lange's wedding in 2001.

I'm surprised the 2016 Mercury doesn't have full bands (not even on the top and bottom). Here is one I got from the forum ATS. I didn't think I'd ever get a toned steel cent in my 20th century set, but here you go!
