Wouldn't that be a Susan B. Anthony dollar coin? Referring to the shrinking value of the dollar in the Carter Administration and the similarity of the coin with the quarter.

During the 1980 presidential campaign the S.B.A. was nicknamed the "Carter quarter." Calling it the Carter quarter made reference to the deterioration of the value of the dollar, plus it emphasized the fact that it was being confused with the quarter.
