What is the way to obtain an NGC certificate?

I do believe that our OP thinks he has his hands on a legit 1799 dollar, but the past consensus is that it is fake. He persists. I insist. Fake. He wants NGC to certify his fake coin. He has no self-awareness how pervasive fakes of nearly EVERYTHING are in the Middle East. And the more that region associates itself with China, the worse it will get. But in one sense, the Middle East and China kind of deserve each other.

I wonder what tier that would go under and how much it would cost him to hear from them officially that it's fake.
