It all depends on what you are calling "America"! If you mean British Colonies then it would be the Hogge Money struck in Bermuda.

It could be one of two diffrent ones depending on your disciption of what is "America". If you are refering to all of the America's then it would be the Hogge moneymade for what is now the Bermuda Islands. If you are refering to just what is now United States of America then it would be the NE stamped coin made in Boston.
