Trying to make sense of this the coin from NGC says MODIFIED PR-70 Then I add it to my account its saying MP-70, tell me please what is the difference in the letters PR-70 = ? / MP-70, WHICH 1 is worth more the PR-70 OR MP-70 ??

Canada calls it one thing and US ase enhanced reverse proof is one of several types. Value is based on mintage and grade.  But most of all desirability. 
The ase is $150-$250. The maple is $75-$100+. The set is $275 - $399
