When i came across this coin roll hunting from the bank i just had to put it out there. I am truly amazed at how well preserved some of these older coins are even after being tossed from hand to hand all these years. Anyone else see beauty?

You never know what you will find roll hunting. Right now West Point quarters are the most likely prize, but you never know. You will periodically find proofs or nicer coins that were probably in someone’s album or collection and someone decided to spend it. Lots of collections get broken up by family members who just use them as what they are.

Nice GW. I submitted a 1966 about the same condition, without the obverse scratches, that graded at XF45.

I’m a 1955 and I can barely make F-12 any more.
