Fenntucky Mike Posted July 24, 2021 Share Posted July 24, 2021 Welcome to the Forum, The picture is too pixilated and the lighting too poor for me to give a definitive answer, can you post a clear picture of the whole coin front and back and a close up of the date and MM? Unless better images are provided it looks like mechanical doubling and a worn die to me and maybe a die chip in the mint mark. Agree 100% with Mike's assessment, worn out die produced some MD/die erosion doubling. Neither that or the die chip in the mintmark has any numismatic value.
