I'de like to know seems double reverse and ive seen double date after 67 seens like 32, and double eagle? is this a rare coin and eligible to pay premium?

Hard to tell from such a darkly toned coin but having a "32" after the date is impossible and I can't really see any Doubling on the eagle. Perhaps you could show a closeup of the area that you think is doubled.

In the future, if you were to crop your pictures, it would enlarge them.

A stained and tarnished quarter. None of the "...double reverse and ive [sic] seen double date after 67 seens [sic] like 32, and double eagle..." claimed are present. Worth 25-cents.

It could have been in a roll of quarters that may have been in a fire there may be a impression of E Pluribus Unum behind Georges wig ? or the eagle tail feathers  it may just be a shadow . It is kinda crispy looking But I don't think their is a error PMD I would guess.
