I checked the 2021 ASE T2 as it went on sale. Shortly after it states NOT AVALILABLE.
anticipating that, I bought a guaranteed MS 70 on MCM about some 6 weeks ago, so it doesn’t bother me today. Anybody else find this out today?

After 4.2 million posts and comments (just kidding) about ase sales being crazy not to mention first hand experience ase WW2, 2021t-1 W proof, etc. I just did what many collectors did and went to the gates of hell (us mint website) signed in and got very lucky   After 5 slow minutes of surprisingly easy instructions (no captcha) I got one. The amount of times it started to lock up pull it’s little freeze thingy and dump you back to go. Perhaps a quick trip to the casino with this luck. It was a war zone but we made it. AseW T1 2021 proof unavailable in half hour T-2 today 18 minutes. Wonderful outlook for the Morgan and peace dollars

Your coin is a business strike.  Today's release was a proof. Unless I am missing something you are trying to say?

The T2 Proofs were eligible for for enrollments.  The mintage was limited and most of them were spoken for by people who had them on their enrollments, So only a limited number were available for website sale.  Most of the coins were spoken for, by collectors, before they ever "went live".

Same question here?  $65-70 for ms70 plain Jane is about right. Today’s release in proof you better add$100-$150 on top of $65-70 if your looking for a pf70.  The type 1 proof sold out half hour.  The type2 18 minutes

Ah didn't git no privy* coins and now I was booted from this.  I just don't understand it.  I put the US Mint website on my favorites; shouldn't I be allowed to buy one?

  1. a toilet located in a small shed outside a house or other building; an outhouse.     :preach:

Hey my avatar is a MS-70 version. :)       I've found on the US mint website that you should not give up if you get an error.  Sometimes you simply go through the process again and it lets your order process.  I got the bot error today and then tried again and it worked.    I could have given up but now I have two new ASE proofs coming.   Don't feel bad.  I got shut out from getting a V75 as well.    I spent 45 min. trying to get that one to no avail.   That sale was one of their bigger debacles.

I find the enrollment programs work very well for me.  I only want one of each thing and just collect for fun. I have been lucky a few times on the "specials", I got one of the 2019 Rev. Proofs, but not the one with a privy mark.

Same here. I couldn't afford one anyways right now. Spent all my money on getting everything for this new job and they hold back a weeks pay. I'd really like to have one but I didn’t even look.

The problem is that you haven't been able to sign up for the enrollment program for a while now.

James, I did not realize the mint was offering a PROOF because I couldn’t login to see it. My misunderstanding, because I know that. I got a 2021 W in the 8 minute span, so not complaining. I don’t think an MS70 should be referred to as Plain Jane.
