IT IS FUN SHOW TIME BABY!!!!!  look out people it is the first show that i am going to get to in over a year!!  and i have been saving my cents and nickles every since to pick up somehitng nice!!!  anyone else going to be there!!???  I took the week off just to go both days!

I had every intention of going but got roped into a beach trip with my extended family the next week. So I bowed out since I couldn’t take two weeks in a row off. Enjoy! Be sure to show us your bounty.

It’s a three day show, Th, Fr, Sa. I am flying in Thursday evening and staying until Sunday afternoon. I have my early Friday booked solid.

I'll be driving up through the rain on Wednesday. I've never been to a big show. Not sure what to expect, but very excited.

My advice leave your wallet at home for your first show, look at everything, and ask questions/prices.  If your close enough to drive then you will be able to make another show again and you will be better prepared to buy the next time.   As for what to expect, you will see some amazing rarities that you may not have known exist, and be prepared for an endless sea of Morgan dollars.    Going to a big show may change your perspective on just how common some coins really are.

"Endless sea of Morgan dollars." Amen, brother! By the time I saw my second or third big show, I was DONE with Morgan dollars. Too many out there. Almost ANYTHING is more of a challenge.

And everyone has the same dates or mint marks as well
