Its a badly mangled Lincoln cent worth $.01 if you can get someone to take it in exchange for good or services.   If you are asking if this is an error it does not appear to be one from what I see in your photos.

That is what I wanted to ask you all???  What will take off the glue left behind from scotch tape without hurting the coin and wont be considered a cleaned coin. I see it on coins all the time.

Try acetone. Short soak, then a flowing rinse.
