It's got this dime. I can't figure it out two days now I've been trying to get answers on this is it a a strike error is it what is it has anybody seen this before it's driving me crazy can somebody please help me.

Welcome to the Forum 

Sorry but that is not an error, it has been damaged after it left the mint. Known as PMD ( Post Minting Damage)

Also please do not handle coins in your hand, hold them by the edges.
