Can anyone tell me what the grading and what it's value is for this early childhood 2009-D penny???

The coin appears to have rub on the high points, and thus would be somewhere in the AU grade range. That makes it worth $0.01.

Hard to grade from those pictures but the value in that condition would be 1 cent. There were 150 million produced and even in uncirculated condition they are only worth a couple of dollars

If it were actually a Satin finiish it would be out of a mint set, would be made of 95% copper and would weigh 3.11 grams.
