I have a coin that is not from USA it is a coin from a British colony 1870. Does ngc grade all coins? Or U.S.only. thanks for your feedback!

NGC grades foreign coins as well, I see no reason why they wouldn't authenticate your coin as long as it IS authentic and problem free. 

Can you post a couple of pics? We like to see interesting coins!

I don't have any pictures right now, but it is a 1870 2 dollar Newfoundland gold coin the 3 dot series

Nice! Looks like NGC has graded several of these so you should be good to go, I don't think NGC recognizes that variety though.

I like pre-Confederation Canadian coinage and haven't run across one of those. (No, it's not pre-Confederation from the point of view of the existence of Confederation, but it is certainly pre-Newfoundland's joining Confederation.) Hope yours is in nice shape and gets a good outcome.

Could you post a photo when you can of both sides, those have known to be counterfeited and would like to make sure that you don't get any surprises when you sent it out to be certified. 

I have heard of the one dot and two dot Obverse but never a three dot. Interested in seeing that.
