1982 P Small Date Penny Doubled Die Reverse 0

Hello,

Would like to know more about this coin. I believe it is a 1982 P small date penny. I found doubling on the reverse, more prominent on the 'One Cent' and on 'States'. Is this common find and should I send it in to get graded? Thanks in advance!

You do have the Small Date, but it shows just strike doubling and not actual die doubling.
