Would this 1973 D lincoln cent be worth grading?

There's no way to even come close to an approximate grade with the pics provided. This coin would have to grade at least MS67 before it would be worth grading.

"Grinding" maybe, but not "grading." What, if I might ask, makes the OP think of spending $30-$40 to have this common cent authenticated and graded?
