Yes they are die cracks. The four corners on the Lincoln Memorial are a common area for die cracks

No, they are quite common and do not carry a numismatic premium, with that said you do sometimes see sellers try and rip off buyers that are new or unknowledgeable with a coin like that.

Pancakez1981, please start a new thread for each coin. It gets confusing when their is more than one on a thread. 

To answer your question on the 1994D cent, that is called Split Plate Doubling, another of the worthless types of Doubling. The 1958 D also is not a Doubled Die.
