Every so often I come across coins in a holders that do not have grades but say "Genuine" on the label instead.  I saw this earlier today with a PCGS holder and I'm sure I saw it with a Stack's Bowers NCG slabbed coin.  Do all 4 of the major grading companies do this and why?  Is the person submitting the coin trying save money or is it done on "Details" coins so that there is no negative comment on the label?
