Will NGC grade a clipped piece of eight? 0

Will NGC Grade a coin that was clipped or cut in half after production? I can’t seem to find an example of one anywhere.

Have no idea.  IBack in the 70's when I started collecting these cut fractions were readily available, but it has been years now since I have seen any except for a few pieces that were countermarked for use in other countries.  I have to wonder where they all went.

Do you mean you have the cut piece - the 1/8th - and want to have it authenticated and graded,or do you have the 7/8ths of the original peso?

(PS: "Clipped" implies something trimmed or sliced off the periphery of a coin, rather than cut into segments.)
