1995 d quarter grade &/or value? 0

Goin through old change and found this 1995 d quarter (along with a few other older ones) and I’m trying to figure out it’s value, any help would be greatly appreciated! It looked to be in pretty good shape for a coin that old so I thought maybe it’s worth more than the average 25¢. Also if any of you could help me guestimate it’s grade that would be very helpful too

Just a quarter.  It might make AU in grade judging by wear, but there are a lot of circulation hits.
