**The deadline to request mailed certificates is Feb. 1, 2022.**

**Due to the large volume of winners, they usually do not start mailing them until May.**

 

1. Log in to your account on https://www.ngccoin.com.

2. Click the My NGC icon in the upper right corner of your screen.

3. Click on My Registry Profile.

4. Scroll down. Click on My Award Certificates.

5. You may download and print from there.

6. If you wish to have them mailed to you, check the box and hit SAVE. You will receive an on-screen confirmation. *****

Hi, Chookcity. If you requested mailed certificates prior to Feb. 1, 2021, then you are on the list. The mailings do not typically begin until May due to the sheer volume involved. Thank you for your patience.
