Jerry P.
Hi to NGC, I just purchased a 2019 RCM issued pride of two nations set. I was planning on submitting it for grading until I read the set has to be in a SEALED box. My set is opened, in original box. Is this true? This is the only silver eagle issued by a mint other then U.S. This is the rarest silver eagle, period. 1 of 10,000.
Administrator Ronnie@NGC Posted November 30, 2020 Administrator Share Posted November 30, 2020 Hi Jerry, Thank you for your question. The set will have to be sent in the original RCM shipping box if you would like the coins to receive the Canada Set location designation. This will be done automatically, and these coins will be listed separately in the NGC Census. Coins that are not submitted in their original sealed Mint shipping box will still receive the Pride of Two Nations set pedigree. More details can be found in this article. We appreciate your interest in NGC.
