Hello, I have a crossover standard that seems to be taking a very long time getting graded, I think it's been over two weeks now.  Number is 2851173. Can you check the status please? It's listed as Grading / Quality Control.

Thank you for getting back to me! I just saw today that it didn't cross, even though I gave it lots of room (it was a 64, and I put 60 or above).  Is it possible to get an explanation? I was thinking even at a 62 or 63 I could maybe cross, wasn't sure.
