Submission not picked up at post office?

USPS tracking number: 9506111742960311338190   USPS website said yesterday that it was ready for pickup, and still today that it is ready for pickup.  It's very stressful not knowing what is going on. Please let me know if and when someone will go to postoffice to collect submissions.

Hello Guy MD,

Our P.O. Box is located in our Facility.  I'm sure that your package is here safe and sound.  As of yesterday we were opening the mail that was delivered to us on November the 6th.
