V75 Silver Medals 0

Alison, Lisa or Maribeth,

The V75 medals that the mint sold yesterday.  There are select medals that are going to have signed COA's with the mint directors signature.  Does NGC plan on treating these the same way they did with the 2019 eagles that had a COA?  Where you would encapsulate the COA along with the medal?
