Destroyed Coin? Rim Filing

I  have this  1/5 Libra Peru 1966 in very good  condition  and I want to submit for grading. But there is a problem.

Some very unprofessional person decided to test if this coin  is  gold by  using a file on  the rim. Why people don't understand you  should never touch by  any means one numismatic or MS 65+ coin.

However I wanted to ask the community or  NGC Staff if this "tested" coin  will display  any rim damage or rim  filing on the label.

Your coin will be Details graded for "rim filing," and it will not receive a numeric grade.
